Artist Gather is a community-driven platform created to connect and support artists of all disciplines. To maintain a safe, inspiring, and respectful environment for all participants, we ask every user — both event hosts and community members — to follow the guidelines below.
By using Artist Gather, hosting events, or participating in the community, you agree to abide by these terms.
Section 1 — Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all members, artists, attendees, and hosts on Artist Gather.
1. Be Respectful
Artist Gather is built on creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
All members are expected to:

Hate speech, bullying, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

3. Keep It Art-Centered
Artist Gather exists for artists.
All posts, events, and interactions should be related to:

- •Creative culture & collaboration
Non-artistic promotional content may be removed.
4. Practice Safety & Responsibility
Members should:
- •Respect personal boundaries
- •Not pressure others into participation or collaboration
- •Avoid any behavior that could place others at risk or discomfort
In-person events must follow local safety laws and policies.
5. Share Ethical Content
Members must not post:
- •Copyrighted materials without permission
- •Explicit or illegal content
- •Harmful or violent content
- •Spam or fraudulent links
All media shared should be appropriate for a creative community.
Section 2 — Event Host Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all artists or organizations hosting an event through Artist Gather.
1. Host Donation Requirement
To submit an event to the platform, hosts must complete a $100 donation to Artist Gather.

- •It must be paid per event
- •Events will not be published unless the donation is completed
This donation is non-refundable, even if an event is canceled.
2. Event Submission Requirements
All event listings must:
- •Be created by an artist or art-related host
- •Include accurate date, time, location, and details
- •Represent an artistic activity or gathering (not unrelated business events)
- •Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims
- •Include a contact method for attendees
Hosts are responsible for ensuring their event information is correct.
3. Promotional Images & Media
Event images must:
- •Be clear, relevant, and appropriate
- •Not violate copyright or trademarks
- •Not contain explicit, violent, or harmful imagery
- •Not include unauthorized likenesses of individuals
Artist Gather may remove media that violates these guidelines.
4. Social Media Integration
Hosts may connect their social platforms to their event pages.
By doing so, hosts agree that:
- •Links provided are legitimate and belong to the host
- •They are willing to be contacted or followed by attendees
- •They understand that social links are publicly visible
Hosts can update or remove their social accounts at any time.
5. Conduct at Hosted Events
Hosts are expected to:
- •Create a safe, inclusive environment
- •Follow all local laws and venue requirements
- •Treat attendees respectfully
- •Manage their event responsibly
- •Avoid promoting harmful or dangerous activities
- •Be present at the event or designate a responsible representative
Artist Gather is not responsible for the actions of event hosts or attendees.
6. Event Removal Policy
Artist Gather may remove an event at any time if it:
- •Violates community guidelines
- •Misrepresents its purpose
- •Promotes harmful, illegal, or inappropriate behavior
- •Receives valid complaints from members
Donations cannot be refunded in cases of removal.
Section 3 — Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Artist Gather:
- •Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- •Hate speech, discrimination, or targeting of marginalized groups
- •Fraud, scams, or misleading financial solicitations
- •Posting illegal content or organizing illegal activities
- •Advertising unrelated services
- •Selling prohibited goods or substances
- •Manipulating reviews, attendance numbers, or engagement metrics
- •Circumventing the $100 host donation requirement
Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Section 4 — Liability Disclaimer
Artist Gather is a platform for connecting artists and is not:
- •A guarantor of event safety
- •Responsible for interactions between members
- •Liable for misconduct, injury, or damages at events
- •Responsible for loss or theft of personal items
- •Involved in disputes between hosts and attendees
Hosts and participants assume full responsibility for participation.
Section 5 — Privacy & Data
By creating an account or hosting an event, you agree that:
- •Your profile information may be visible to other users
- •Social media links you provide will be public
- •Your event details will appear publicly on the calendar
Artist Gather does not sell personal information to third parties.
A full Privacy Policy may be added separately.
Section 6 — Termination
Artist Gather reserves the right to:

- •Suspend accounts
- •Deny event publication
- •Permanently ban users
